Ai Hoshino is the titular character in the anime series, Oshi no Ko. She was the lead idol of the idol group, B-Komachi. Not wanting her reputation ruined, she hid the fact that she was pregnant with twins and hid the fact for many years. She eventually lost her life to a disgruntled fan who felt betrayed by the idol for having children and not loving him.
